The people behind the work

You should know who you're talking to. That matters more to us than almost anything on this site — because the whole point is that we're not a voice on the phone you can't place. We're real people, and here we are.

Gonzalo Corzo

Partner

Gonzalo has worked in real estate for over a decade — since he was a teenager, learning the business from the ground up before building and leading his own real estate company in Jacksonville, Florida.

From early on, he specialized in the properties most people avoid — the ones tangled in liens, code problems, and stuck situations that others won't take on. He became known as the person you call when a property is too complicated for anyone else to solve.

When the market shifted, he chose depth over volume: a smaller, more experienced team taking on fewer, harder cases and doing right by each one. That's the standard he brings to Deed Clarity — the practical know-how, and the persistence, to work through the situations most families have been told are hopeless.

Partner

Andrew has spent a long time in real estate, and built Deed Clarity around a single kind of work: finding property that's been stuck behind a title problem, and doing the slow, specialized work of setting it right.

He leads the research side of the firm — the discipline the whole company runs on. That means reading deed histories, estate and probate filings, and the rest of the public record to find the properties others have written off, and to work out exactly what it will take to clear them. He built the company for the cases most of the industry avoids: the ones that call for a real understanding of how title works, and a willingness to stay with them for as long as they take.

Portrait of Ariana

Ariana

Title Specialist

Ariana is our title specialist. She handles much of the firm's higher-level research and works closely with the attorneys we partner with — the exacting work of tracing exactly what's happened to a property's title and what it will take to make it clear. When a situation turns on a fine detail buried in the record, it usually runs through her.

Portrait of Yuri

Yuri

Heir Coordinator

Yuri is usually the first voice you'll hear when you reach out. He's there to listen — to answer your first questions plainly, and to help you get your bearings on what's going on with the property. There's no pressure in that conversation, and nothing you're committing to by talking.

Portrait of Gavin

Gavin

Heir Coordinator

Gavin works with owners and heirs from the first conversation on. His job is to make a stressful, confusing moment feel clearer — to hear your situation out, walk you through what happens next in plain terms, and leave what you do from there entirely up to you.

The people we work alongside

Resolving a clouded title is never a one-person job, and we don't pretend it is. We work alongside experienced attorneys and title professionals — licensed people whose names are on their work — as well as the researchers who help us read the public record. When a family wants to verify who we are, these are the people we're glad to point them toward. And you're always welcome to bring your own attorney into any conversation.

Want to talk to a real person?

That's the whole idea.
